Huntley fire and police, as well as the Kane County sheriff’s office, responded about 5 p.m. to the crash at the intersection of Big Timber Road and Route 47, Fire Lt. Ken Madziarek said.
One person in a vehicle had to be extricated. That person was then sent to Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin with injuries considered to be non-life-threatening in nature.
Three other people were treated at the accident scene.
This Kane County vehicle accident remains under investigation.
